Triggers from timer remaining values

Describe the feature

Currently there is no way to trigger a script or automation from the value of the timer remaining: attribute as this doesn't update once the timer is started. There are workarounds as mentioned here but these are not accurate enough or fail due to timers being extended/paused.

Use cases

There are many use cases for using timers.

• I use it to allow HA access for guests and automatically switch this off after x amount of time. I'd find it useful to get a notification before this expires in case it needs extending.

• This user wants a bath fan timer using a switch and have the scene button LEDs to update as it progresses.

Yep, this sounds like a great addition, thanks for the suggestion! I've created home-assistant/core#164338 to get it added to the new triggers (currently still in labs)!

Thank you @Morphy99 for creating this as a feature request over here! It's been almost 2 years since I implemented my workaround solution, and I'd love the ability to simplify it with this feature.
