New device class Specific Humidity

I'd like to create a template sensor for specific humidity measured in g/Kg.
It would be perfect to use psychrometric chart (here, even if sometimes it is referred as Absolute Humidity.

Or at least include g/Kg in the possible measurement of Humidity.

Why the uncertainty?

It can be considered a new class device request or a improvement of the already present one.

Use cases

This could be useful for users integrating psychrometric calculations or monitoring HVAC systems with enthalpy control.
It is also important for users who want to create personal comfort index and climate automations.
