GUI for Recorder options

Describe the enhancement

It would be great if there is a GUI for the recorder settings. where you can easily set up rules for recording data. i.e. you select the label Windows, then every device with this label the rule is applied on. Here you can choose which attributes to log, how often and for how long you want to keep the data. so not just label selection but also floor, room and individual items.

Use cases

setting up these rules via the config if for most people too advanced. this would make it so much more user friendly.
