Favorites management (View, Add, Remove) within HA, not just on the phone

Describe the feature

We need a screen in HA (web app, not companion app) to view, and manage all the phones' Android Auto Favorite entities.

Use cases

Admin of multiple phones (for your family) is difficult and tedious. Can only add favorites for each one, on the phone itself.
There seems no place in the phone app to even see what entities are set as Android Auto favorites? Again, if there is, it is far from obvious (and the docs do not mention anything about it) nd a dedicated screen in HA web is 1000x better in every way.

Not only would this feature request address the use case you've mentioned, but it would also solve the problem where an AAOS installation of the companion app has exactly zero ways to add and manage favorites, even when parked.

With the growing number of vehicles on AAOS and no phone projection, this seems like a large feature gap that should be addressed.
