Support markdown formatting in Assist

Describe the feature

I'd like the Assist window to render Markdown instead of pure text.

Use cases

My LLM often outputs Markdown which can be useful to highlight important part within it's reponse.

The Home Assistant frontend alreday supports this and renders Markdown properly, even for tables.
