Allow searching (filtering) the theme picker

Describe the enhancement

It would be awesome if the theme picker on the profile page was searchable (filterable). If you have a lot of themes installed it can sometimes be hard to find the one you want. The Language box on the same page already has search functionality built-in, so making this change shouldn't be super hard. I would also be fine with putting it behind a threshold, like "only show the search if there are more than N themes", to keep it simple if a user only has a small number.

Use cases

This will make it much easier for users with a large number of installed themes to find the one they want.
