Don't hide skipped updates in the System->Updates view

It would be good if the System->Updates view had a different method of displaying "skipped updates" instead of hiding them. Skipping an update is good to stop the nagging, but i think it would be neater if the list of available updates had an icon to indicate if it was skipped instead of just being hidden.

Why the uncertainty?

Not sure if this is UX or more of a core feature.

Use cases

Makes it easier to check pending updates.

What areas might this affect?

Should have minimal affect

Anything else?

It would be good if the skipped state could be changed with a toggle (from within the system->updates view), but don't really care.
