Describe the enhancement

Would like the ability to switch the provision/useRainSensor from true and false.

Use cases

If you have the Rain Sensor set to Normally Closed and enable it, rain will be detected and stop all watering. I want to leverage my weather station's rain sensor to turn this on and off as it detects rain. Also want to leverage my weather station's temperature to stop all watering when it reaches below a certain temperature. This is how a physical NC rain sensor works with RainMachine.

Anything else?

The UV in Florida destroys physical rain sensors and I've been thru four to date. Being able to leverage my weather station would be way more accurate and reduce expenses greatly
