Add "Current Day" toggle for More Info history graphs

Describe the enhancement

Add a configuration option or toggle to the "More Info" dialog history graph, allowing users to switch the view from a "Rolling 24 Hours" graph to a "Current Day" graph (starting at 00:00 / midnight).

Where in the UI:

1. The "More Info" Pop-up Dialog: The default history graph that appears when clicking on any entity (sensor) on a dashboard.
2. Entity Settings UI: Inside the entity settings cogwheel/configuration menu, or directly accessible via dashboard card configuration overrides.

How it should work:

• By default, the history graph continues to show the standard rolling 24-hour view.
• A new option or toggle is added to the entity configuration settings.
• When switched to "Current Day", the graph in the "More Info" pop-up will change its X-axis to start strictly at 00:00 (midnight) of the current day and reset every night.
• This ensures that daily cumulative statistics (like solar generation, water usage, or daily energy consumption) show an intuitive, day-to-date overview rather than showing data from yesterday afternoon.

Use cases

1. Solar Production: When checking solar generation in the morning, a rolling 24-hour graph still shows yesterday's peak afternoon production, making it hard to see today's current generation curve clearly.
2. Utility Tracking (Water/Energy): For daily utility consumption, users want to see how much they have used today since waking up, rather than a combined total of yesterday evening and today.
3. Daily Statistics: Any sensor that resets at midnight (like daily steps, rain gauge, or daily dynamic energy costs) benefits from a matching graph that also starts at 00:00.
