Simple NTP server configuration on the HSSOS webfrontend

Describe your core improvement

I'm using the current version of HSSOS, and according to PiHole, I have a typo in the current NTP server configuration.
I can't currently pinpoint the source, but all attempts to correct it have failed.

I'd like to be able to configure the NTP server and its fallback in the settings.

Current limitations

The USB version and/or the versions with /mnt/boot/CONFIG/timesyncd.conf have so far been unsuccessful and seem too complicated for this "simple" configuration.

Technical benefits

The benefit is obvious: the end user can specify or correct the NTP server.
