Live Update Notification support

Describe the feature

Android 16 introduces 'Live Update' notifications, It would be nice to have support for this on the Android app.

Use cases

There are many use cases, here's just a few:

• Alarm System - arm/disarm, motion detection
• Timers (eg. General/Cooking/Oven, etc.)
• Washing/Dryer - see remaining time/current cycle.
• EV Car Charging - remaining time until charge
• Door Look - lock/unlock state change
• ETA - person, device tracker etc.

Similar request has been made for the Apple platform counterpart 'Live Activities'.
