For any scheduled YouTube announcement text/thumbnail include UTC/GMT time zone
Why the uncertainty?
I'd like to be able to know what time the announcement is scheduled by the thumbnail without going to Youtube to convert it for me where UTC/GMT is known by a lot of people compared to for example the recent one which mentions CEST, Pacific and Eastern. e.g. I'm in BST so I'd know to add UTC/GMT by an hour.
Use cases
To be able to have a greater idea without going to another site to determine the scheduled time one of the YouTube announcements are running
