Describe the feature

Be able to disable the default stretch animation when the dashbaord screen is overscrolled.

Use cases

Lots of people use custom navigation bars. the overscroll animation really affects the experience and makes the navbar feel jittery.

I'd really like this to be looked at. This effect is really unnecessary. It appears even if there is nothing to scroll.

It's not really about the scrolling effect, rather reloading the dashboard using the hold and release gesture.
