Add every week, every other week, every month, every year, (custom) to time trigger

Describe the feature

The addition of selectable weekdays to the time trigger was great. Now we want even more options :)

I think there should be selections for repeating a trigger:

• Every week (maybe redundant with day selector)
• Every other week
• Every month
• Every year
• Custom option?

Much like how Teams or Google Calendar handles recurring events.

Use cases

Set up recurring events that only should happen on specific periods of time - for example for kids that are living every other week at a parent.

Current workarounds

Using calendar, but this could be a bit cumbersome

Why not use a calendar in that case?

As in, add a local calendar integrate instance, and use that as a trigger.

Imo it's kind of strange and cumbersome to handle an automation with two separate parts of a UI when you could do it all in the automation editor. Say if you have 15 automations that you only want to run every other week. Handling them all in a calendar event seems very counter intuative to do it in code/in the automation UI (that's where you would go to handle your automations, after all...)

I think it is rather helpful to explore to make that experience better, than duplicating the work to be honest.

Well to me it's a very strange way to do it tbh. There should at the very least be a mention of that you can do this with the calendar within the time trigger - right now you would need to know about this workaround (which it feels like, to me). I don't think the average user that wants to trigger an automation biweekly defaults to the calendar event.

MS Teams (actually) has a pretty good UI for this:

I would like to see this as well, but with a slight addition to this.

We should also be able to select specific months under the "Weekdays" drop down menu. Right now for a time automation, we can select the time that something triggers at, and which days that should run on. For instance, do something at 18:00 on Saturday and Sunday. However, we cannot specify which months this condition should run under.

For instance, we should also be able to do the following in the UI:

Do something at 18:00 on Friday and Saturday, but only during July and August.
