Describe the enhancement

Feature request to add a debugging option to enable logging of extra data that is included in the advertising that bluetooth does for the bluetooth proxy service, even if it's unknow.

Device: Holy-IoT (NRF52810) BLE tag

Use cases

Hoping that I can extra the battery and other informations, if I have enough data collected. At the moment it's quite a manual process and would be way easier if it was in a big text file all collected together.

I meant to add, that I am tracking one of my pets and need to know when to change the battery. Having this data in HA would be easy enough to add a trigger to change the battery before it dies. Also, would be nice to see how long an average battery is lasting and costing my in the long run. Thanks.
