Automated Notebook Validation

The code in the recipes will be automatically validated.

Minimally, this should guarantee that no unexpected errors occur. To accomplish this, add the .ipynb files to be tested to one of the .github/notebook_lists/*.txt files. If there are multiple txt files, select the appropriate file based upon the dependencies installed for that file in the .github/workflows/notebooks.yaml file.

Checking deeper assertions about the behavior of the code
in the cells is preferred. (Patterns for this coming soon.)
