Request for Method to Combine Two Different Icons into a Single Icon File for Explorer Display

I wanted to ask if someone can tell me how to recreate an icon format that displays a different icon depending on the view mode being used.
Example:

Icon shown in the sidebar under Quick Access in Explorer (Icon 1)

Icon shown normally for files and folders in Explorer (Icon 2)
