Installation on M1 MacAir OS Monterey 12.6.9 does not work

When I try to run

make 2>&1 | tee build.log

I get an error, I attach it here. I have macOS Monterey 12.6.9, M1 Mac Air
I have used iraf-2.17.1

These are the last lines of the error log:

Any help would be appreciated!

I have no real idea here: signal 9 means that the program was hard-killed from another program.
Googling this on the internet, it may help to try again, maybe after rebooting the computer, and/or to re-install xCode.
