Why is nothing being built, regardless of triggers...?

just trying to figure out if something happened or if it's an issue on my end. I just did my very first reset, but now nothing will build. I turned off the resource control, set my build trigger to 20%, set fields and pasture to unlimited, but the resources cap out and nothing gets built. it still harvest catnip, but it's not even turning it into wood any more.

so apparently kittensgame.com/web is the nightly build??? or at least that's what it opened when I clicked nightly, but that's the one I'm always on anyways. I switched to alpha and it immediately started building a bunch of things
