Hi man, thank you for your work. Your library is absolutely awesome! I am excited to know that the library is moving it core to rust. Personally when using the project, I have problem with using pandoc and subprocess when converting files. Would love to know when the v4 is expected to release

Thanks 🙏. V4 RC.1 will be released this week. I'm still fighting with some compilation issues, but I expect to resolve these today or tomorrow and then release.

Hmm. I am aiming to get it released at the latest by the end of the year. Maybe sooner, but I cant promise anything. Been working hard at it, but getting this to work across the board is very complex.

Thanks, I tested with the rc versions and its working great so planning to update it on my pipeline. What is the pullback of the stable release, I assume because of multi-language support?

Yes, especially issues building properly for windows for some languages.
