KubeVPN usage with corporate VPN

I have been testing the usage of kubevpn at my work, it seems to work great on k8s clusters that don't require me to be connected to corporate VPN but I have issues when trying to connect to clusters while on corporate VPN. Any thoughts on troubleshooting or why this may or may not work?

1. Can you try version 2.4.2? we change the network CIDR to 198.19/16.
2. Corporate VPN use split mode, not full mode
