Wow. I have to say that this approach seems to work really well in Reaper. I use Reaper because it's sort of the Emacs of DAWs. I can still use ancient free SynthEdit plugins from the dawn of time. |
|
I meant your approach, native, and homegrown. Reaper did it that way, as far as I know. The integration is very good. |

"32bit Bridge Capability Native" While waiting, I'm enjoying the VST3 hosting capability as a VST2 plugin. |

It's a big one! Need to do some RND as I'm not sure exactly how to accomplish it. I assume it uses an interprocess communication of sorts. |

Yes, big request. There are incredible 32 bit plugs that will be used as long as the OS allows. I know William with Wusik wrote an internal bridge for EVE 5 in response to requests. J-Bridge a labor intensive option but would like to see the bridge native to Element |

Any breakthrough(s) on this? :) |

Run 32bit plugins in 64bit Element. jBridge has an API for integration, but the end goal is to support this natively and code it out ourselves.

Questions
How to accomplish? Interprocess? ---
If interprocess, is that possible while running as plugin? ---
