Pure HTML + JS support

Mantine is my favorite UI library, but its biggest limitation is that it’s restricted to the React ecosystem.

Adding support for pure HTML + JS (and TS) would be PERFECT. Then we’d be able to use it with any language/framework!

Even Bun was rewritten entirely in Rust, so adding HTML + JS support should be feasible, especially with the help of LLMs, I think.
