Location access

I see that MarkText application has accessed location data from my system. Why does an application that is used to read and write mark down files need location access.

MarkText does not obtain user location information. How can the location access be triggered?

I saw MarkText application listed in "Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Location -> Recent activity" in my windows 11 PC. It also showed last accessed date and time. I did not take a screenshot at that time, and now it's more than 7 days and it's no more listed in recent activities.
