I needed that, and helped with IAg for this one shot use, I designed this Marpit Slide Organizer (works with slides separated with #, i.e. H1).

It allows changing slides' order, to insert slides from a reserve deck (another Marpit file where you stash all your slides).

You can also add an empty slide, delete slide and directly edit the md of the slides.

It's a one file HTML+CSS+JS, that you can open locally on your browser.

I needed that to change a slideshow live while presenting (introducing new, and modified slides).

Some of you may find that useful. As it is badly vibe coded, I'm not creating a repository.
