I was updating browser detection and came across CSSMarginRule in the DOM for Blink 131 / Chrome. I don't know anything about it nor could I find any documentation on a short glance. I figured I'd just get the conversation started at least and let other people take it away from here.

This is already listed in https://openwebdocs.github.io/web-docs-backlog/all/, which means it's in BCD but undocumented. It represents a margin rule like @top-left inside a @page rule.
