Hi @Lorenzschaef, this should not be the case. You should be able to see the keywords even with low traffic. I've reported this to the engineering team, who are investigating the issue. I'll keep you updated in this thread. |

Hello @Lorenzschaef ! We are currently grabbing data about the keywords an the feature is fully functional. I hope it is OK but I sent a search request to your instance with the keyword "example" from France, to showcase how the feature is enabled and working. On the other hand, when a user sends an empty query (AKA a placeholder search), this will be registered as a search, but the query won't be counted in the “Most searched queries” or in the “Searches without results”. So maybe the problem is coming from the fact that you have been sending search requests without a specific keyword in the query param? We don't have a lot of traffic right now, but still want to know the keywords our users search for. The Analytics panel only shows the text "This visualization will come to life as people start using your application" though. Not very helpful.
