PICO 2 / RP2350 overclock & overvoltage

Hi!
If anybody want to play with overclocking and overvoltage a bit, here is a little script.
Temperature is also read and printed. I had no problems with SPI like with the RP2040.
Without setting voltage to 1.2v I was able to reach 288 stable.
With 1.2v i have 340 stable, could go higher but I'm fine with that.

Have fun but don't blame me when you burn your chip :)
