For what it's worth there's a netbsd pkgsrc description maintained for micropython here: https://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/lang/micropython/index.html

I've used that in the past as a reference for compiling micropython for qnx, along with some minor patches in this branch to support building the unix port on an old QNX verson: andrewleech@55b9271
