Interrupt Priority Inspection Hangs REPL

While pursuing another problem, I attempted to inspect the interrupt priorities using the NVIC_IPRx registers. NVIC_IPR0 is located at 0xe400. On execution of mem32[0xe400], the REPL hangs. What is going on?

you are waaaay off with that address. It's an offset and it need a base.
A PPB_BASE of 0xe0000000
