esp32 no.1 (running ble uart advertiser code) + android serial bluetooth terminal:

I will test this out locally and get back to you. 64 is a suspiciously round number to truncate at, not sure if this is happening in MicroPython or NimBLE. |

I was baffled my self. I have rechecked crafted data(around 75 bytes) that need to be notified and found no error, but on the other one got truncated 64 bytes data. |

I am running your exact code between an ESP32 and MicroPython-on-Linux. (Both ways, i.e. as client or server). I always see 77 bytes. For completeness I also tried between two ESP32. Same result. Can you confirm exactly which firmware you're running? Try using a nightly build maybe? |

ble advertiser got 77 bytes of data and will send that 77 bytes of data to client, on client side only got max 64 bytes of data. please check updated example code. |

currentlly i'm using self compiled mpy build (1.19.1), i will retry using official build and nightly. |

Great!! Yes I know what the reason for this is then (switching to synchronous events). You didn't mention it was a C3 :) All good though, glad it's working, and good to hear BLE is working well on the C3. |
