Can’t locate the benefits tab inside Foundry to activate Office365?

Hi @TLGSERVICES - Microsoft Foundry is an Enterprise AI Platform on Azure so you will not be able to activate your Office 365 subscription in this AI - I have searched for a link that might support your next steps outside of this forum as its not relevant here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-activation-licensing/office-install/activate-office-for-windows

Hi @TLGSERVICES If the issue is that you cannot see the Benefits tab in Foundry Hub or view any additional credits that have been awarded, I recommend submitting a support request directly through the Microsoft for Startups Portal.
Please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the https://portal.startups.microsoft.com/login
2. Select the ? icon in the top-right corner.
3. Choose Submit a Support Ticket.
4. Include details about the missing Benefits tab and any additional credits you believe should be visible in your account.

The support team will be able to investigate the issue and verify whether the benefits and credits have been correctly assigned to your account.

Hi Amy, I don't know why I am been copied in this email; see attached screenshot. I decided to send this email separately so the original sender doesn't read this. I noticed a LucasL160 who is the same Kal Fizer was the one who copied me in the first email dated Jan 12 or so. I sense something fraudulent happening here. Because I have looked at his GitHub account as well as LinkedIn and certain things doesn't add up. His GitHub is empty and just created on the 23rd June 2026. Not to rush into accusations but it doesn't make any sense to be copied in an email where I don't even know the sender. Please kindly look into this and let me know what you think. If you don't mind I would like to be replied privately after investigations has been made on your end. Thanks Regards
