Creating Foundry Agent (new experience) for School Trip Risk Assessments - Errors with MCP Approval?

Hi Guys,

I am fairly new to Azure Foundry and have come here after so many other products have failed the school to create a nice agent that Staff can use to create Trip Risk Assessments. I have been very impressed so far and have made a knowledge base, added code intreprator (as without it, it could not create DOCX?).

I have got it rolled out to a test user and the agent chats back to me, however when it gets to the point of executing code it gives me this error, any ideas? It feels like we are so close and would love to roll this out this week!
