Build Scripts/Procedure for Development Version

Thank you for this project and for sharing it with the community.

I am desperately trying to build the development version and test it, but I haven't been able to successfully build a docker image to run it. The debian-build-scripts repository seems to be very out of date. I was wondering if there are build instructions I may have missed somewhere?
