Can the OPML export/import include feed settings?

I'm thinking of the options you can specify when editing the feed such as disable media player, do not refresh, network settings, rules, etc.

I was finding a database migration from 12 to 18 a real pain so just started over by importing my feeds into a clean container, but that also requires going through and updating quite a few settings like this.
