Project management of projects related to moclojer (cli)

We will transform the moclojer "cloud" into an open source project - it was previously private, now we'll be 100% open source, we discussed this here.

The cloud project will be another repository (it already is, still private, we'll open the code soon).

Project management (issues) will stay in the main repository to group issue content and discussions

We'll identify the project via github issue labels and discussion categories

Labels (github issue):

• :app :cli main open source project
• :app :cloud-back
• :app :cloud-front
• :app :cloud-ops
• :app :cloud-yaml-generate

all have prefix :app :cloud- will refer to services of the cloud version

In discussions there is a specific category for Cloud

note: other projects will use centralized issues in the project repository
