New js event, add to table or reload table on first page without blink table

When using Rush, and even without it, to display summary information in a table, a person has to refresh the entire page. You can do with the TABLE_UPDATED event, but with it the table blinks and it is not user friendly. I would like a new event to be able to add rows to the beginning of the table, with new records, without blinking, since there is already such a row update.

The table has been updated, and if a new row has been added, it is very strange and you will have to add a row with all the filters and sortings. You should do this yourself, especially since it is not difficult.
