can anybody help to setting this project backend on locally ? i have some issues on nix or cabal like mobility-core or some packages.

probably running Cabal outside the Nix shell
ln -sf .envrc.backend .envrc && direnv allow cd Backend # after this you should be in nix shell cabal clean && cabal update cabal build all

When you go to the Backend in the terminal, you should see something like this automatically.
