What happened
Sorry I can't find the neurocommand version. I installed it maybe 2 weeks ago following option 2 of https://www.neurodesk.org/docs/getting-started/neurocommand/linux-and-hpc/.
Freesurfer commands like mri_convert work fine, but freeview gives the following errors:
sebp@takoyaki:~/neurocommand$ freeview /opt/freesurfer-8.0.0/bin/freeview: /opt/MCR2019b/v97/bin/glnxa64/libQt5X11Extras.so.5: no version information available (required by /opt/freesurfer-8.0.0/bin/freeview) QStandardPaths: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set, defaulting to '/tmp/runtime-sebp' libGL error: No matching fbConfigs or visuals found libGL error: failed to load driver: swrast /home/sebp/neurocommand/neurodesk/containers/freesurfer_8.0.0_20250210/freeview: line 3: 1399578 Aborted (core dumped) singularity --silent exec --cleanenv --env DISPLAY=$DISPLAY $neurodesk_singularity_opts --pwd "$PWD" /home/sebp/neurocommand/neurodesk/containers/freesurfer_8.0.0_20250210/freesurfer_8.0.0_20250210.simg freeview "$@"I tried setting the environment variables as described in the doc (https://www.neurodesk.org/tutorials-examples/tutorials/structural_imaging/freesurfer/), to no avail.
Thanks for the awesome tools and for your help!
Sébastien
