Update MRtrix3 to version 3.0.8

Hi,
On October 20, 2025, the MRtrix team fixed an important bug relating to dwifslpreproc command, (details here if you are interested: MRtrix3/mrtrix3#3146 ) . This has been fixed in the current stable version (3.0.8), but is not yet part of an official release.

Could the developers please update this? Thank you very much. We look forward to your response.
