request to become maintainer of docker-nixpkgs

since zimbatm has left the project, i am interested in maintaining docker-nixpkgs as i've been using this personally for my container workflow.

zimbatm merged a PR on that repo three weeks ago so it isn't unmaintained. To discuss this further please open an issue on the repo.

that's just a version bump and the commit before it was in dec 2025. anyway i pinged zimbatm again and let's wait for a few more weeks.
