WHO endpoint issues

I'm finding this latest main branch just isn't working when I clone it is set up in the same way that has been successful in the past. I keep having issues with the who endpoint, and nlweb_sites not listing my sites or having issues with quadrant client give the site name all lowercase when i name the loaded site with Sentence case (uppercase first letter)
