We propose an AI-powered chatbot that will:

1. Assist new patients by providing hospital and doctor details, answering FAQs, and guiding them through registration.
2. Enable appointment booking via natural language processing (NLP), allowing users to request appointments based on symptoms, doctor availability, or specialty.
3. Work across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and messaging services like WhatsApp.

The chatbot could guide patients with necessary documents and procedures before their visit and send reminders for follow-ups, medications, or test results after their visit.
