For some time — I’m not sure exactly since when — I’ve noticed an unexpected change in the behaviour of the selectByDate function in openair.
Previously, when working with an hourly dataset, running:
selectByDate(mydata, start = "2025-05-29", end = "2025-05-29")
would return all 24 hourly values for the day 2025-05-29, from 00:00 to 23:00.
However, it now only returns the value for 00:00 on that date.
Additionally, the date in the output appears only as the day (with no time component), although I have confirmed that the row corresponds to 00:00.
Could you please check whether you can reproduce this behaviour?
I am using:
R version 4.5.2 (2025-10-31 ucrt)
RStudio 2025.09.2 Build 418
Thank you for your help, and please let me know if you need a reproducible example.
