A user has reported issues with author response letters not being easily viewable and sometimes missed by reviewer when appended to the review request email. It has been suggested these should instead be displayed within the reviewer interface or be linked from there.
Is this an issue others are also experiencing or are there other issues/suggestions around improving this aspect of the reviewer interface?
