Add auto-notification to corresponding author when submission moves from unassigned to peer review

We'd like to have an automatic email message sent to the corresponding author when a submission moves from the unassigned stage to the peer review stage. The message could be very simple or it could include the name of the editor who is handling the submission. It would be ideal to have an option to customize the message, if possible.

This feature would be helpful for managing expectations. Journals could remind authors of expected peer review turnaround times and to encourage reaching out if they haven't heard. For example:

Your submission to XYZ journal has been moved to peer review.

XYZ journal strives to identify peer reviewers, summarize reviews, and notify authors of a first decision within approximately XX days of submission. This process sometimes takes longer due to difficulty locating reviewers or late-arriving reviews. Please contact our managing editor, [NAME EMAIL] if you would like an update on your manuscript.
