Hello everyone,

I have faced some issues that obliged me to switch on another app, but I couldn't find how to figure them.out. the worst was that I couldn't tell to organic maps that a bridge was closed due to works and so it was impossible that organic maps suggested me another way to go... Even if i set for example a step far away from the bridge.
Second, I don't know how the ways are generated but several times it sent me on small old roads without concrete thinking it will gain one minute of time.
And the last thing, it doesn't suggest alternative ways every time only one way.

Is there solutions for that?

1. Avoid specific road feature is planned [routing] Add "avoid this road/point" feature. #9271 , workaround is to add an intermediate stop somewhere else.
2. Organic Maps always builds the fastest route according to the underlying OpenStreetMap.org map data (speed limits, surface types, etc.). So please check your route data at osm.org and correct it if necessary. Highly likely that there are some map data issues. If all! road segments on the correct route are properly tagged, then please provide more details about the route for us to investigate.
