I suggest renaming the following repos:

An extractor takes raw data files/directories and produces OSC-EM.
A converter takes pre-processed metadata and converts to or from OSC-EM

• EMHub at CNB will output json validating against OSC-EM schemas
• Rename general?
  • No. It will stay as a "base schema"
• Make sample and organization optional
• Depositor should accept all schemas. However more information will be omitted for a 'general' dataset
  • Should already work with the current mmcif converter
  • Converter should also include processing information, if defined
• mmcif converter should define more processing fields.
• processing currently available only for SPA. Should it be lifted to general?
  • Tomomography should be compatible (identical?) to the CZII tomography schema from Utz
  • For now, keep the current schema. We can revisit this if we have a good tomography or general use case
• Release 1.0.0 after the fixes above
