Layer spring-cloud-bindings is always added

Hello,

I'm trying to create a docker image for a Spring Boot Application without Spring Cloud Bindings. I've set the following env variables but the layer is still added to the image.

BP_SPRING_CLOUD_BINDINGS_DISABLED=true
BPL_SPRING_CLOUD_BINDINGS_DISABLED=true
BPL_SPRING_CLOUD_BINDINGS_ENABLED=false

I'm attaching the printout for more details.

In the past when this has happened it's been because of non-visible characters on the end of the true string. The string has to match true exactly for it to be considered true and thus disable the spring cloud bindings.

    $BP_SPRING_CLOUD_BINDINGS_DISABLED   true
       whether to contribute Spring Boot cloud bindings support

In your output I see this, which should all be on one line so it seems like you may have an extra EOL character on the end the value, like true\n or something like that. Not sure how you're specifying those values, but double check and make sure it's just the string true with no extra characters.
