Able to send messages to started contacts as Broadcast. That will hop on from one user to other until it reaches the receipient more like a doomsday scenario with no internet and also where the device maynot be connected to the mesh network.
To prevent infinite hopping, the messages can have TTL and the user might have to broadcast again if the message expired.
